01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between done77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers upon, or uses the services available at done77.app and any associated mobile applications or sub-domains operated by done77.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager — whether on sports markets including cricket and PSL, live casino tables, slot games, fishing games, or any other gaming product offered on the done77 platform — you irrevocably confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 below;
• You are accessing done77 of your own free will and for personal entertainment purposes only;
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that done77 does not guarantee any return on wagers placed.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the done77 platform and, if already registered, contact our support team to close your account.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to done77's services is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You may only register and use done77 if you satisfy each of the following conditions:

• Age: You are aged 21 years or older. done77 enforces a strict 21+ policy without exception. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all funds held pending review, and all winnings voided.
• Jurisdiction: You are accessing done77 from a location where online gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering into agreements of this nature, you are not eligible to use done77.
• Single Account: You do not already hold an active or suspended account on done77. Each individual may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts is a prohibited activity under Section 7 of these Terms.
• Self-Exclusion: You are not currently subject to a voluntary or platform-imposed self-exclusion on done77 or any related platform.

03 Account Registration & KYC

To access done77's gaming services, you must complete a full account registration. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

The following information is required at registration or upon subsequent KYC (Know Your Customer) verification request:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document;
• Date of birth (confirming you are aged 21 or above);
• Valid Pakistani CNIC or equivalent government-issued identification;
• Current residential address;
• Active mobile number registered to a Pakistani carrier (Jazz, Zong, Telenor, or Ufone);
• Valid email address to which you have sole access.

done77 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including but not limited to: proof of address, source of funds documentation, or enhanced due diligence materials. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in any compliance request will be restricted from making withdrawals until the verification process is completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. done77 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be treated as authorised by you unless you have previously notified done77 of unauthorised access.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All transactions on done77 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). done77 does not impose currency conversion charges on PKR transactions. The following payment methods are accepted on the done77 platform:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals;
• EasyPaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals;
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — bank transfer;
• UBL (United Bank Limited) — bank transfer;
• Meezan Bank — bank transfer;
• Direct Bank Transfer — all major Pakistani banks.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your done77 account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. done77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the name on the payment method used must match the name on your done77 account. Deposits made from mismatched accounts may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete and no active bonus wagering requirements outstanding. done77 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the help centre, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. done77 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Minimum & Maximum Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the done77 cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may be subject to change and done77 will notify players of any material changes via the registered email address.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

done77 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who have completed KYC verification unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion;
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household address, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is stated in the individual promotion terms;
• done77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players with active wagering requirements at the time of cancellation will be given reasonable opportunity to complete those requirements;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash prior to meeting wagering requirements;
• done77 reserves the right to void any bonus and any associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or any behaviour designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

Players who have self-excluded or requested cool-off periods are not eligible to receive or claim bonuses during the period of their restriction. Attempting to claim bonuses during a self-exclusion period is a breach of these Terms.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on done77 — whether on cricket markets (including PSL, international T20Is, ODIs, and Test matches), live casino games, slot titles, fishing games (Cat Fishing, Ocean Lord), or any other gaming product — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product category, as published in the done77 help centre.

The following general betting rules apply across all done77 products:

• Finality of Bets: Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the done77 platform, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or withdrawn by the player, except where a specific product's rules explicitly permit in-play cash-out options;
• System Errors: In the event of a system error, technical fault, or any malfunction that affects the outcome of a wager, done77 reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return stakes to the player's account balance. done77 is not obligated to honour outcomes generated as a result of a technical error;
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface before the wager is confirmed;
• Results: For sports betting, results are determined based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches, the ICC for international fixtures). done77's decision on the settlement of any disputed market is final;
• Suspicious Activity: done77 monitors all wagering activity. Wagers placed in a pattern consistent with match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, or any form of fraudulent activity may be voided at done77's discretion.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the done77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances held, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or operating an account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial intelligence tools to interact with done77's platform in any manner;
• Exploiting any software error, glitch, or vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes;
• Laundering money or using done77 for any purpose related to financial crime;
• Accessing done77's services from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with done77's software or technical infrastructure;
• Using another player's account credentials or sharing your own credentials with any third party;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards done77's support staff or other platform users.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the done77 platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, user interface design, text, data, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of done77 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

By using done77's services, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any done77 content;
• Create derivative works based on done77's content or platform;
• Use done77's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context without prior written permission;
• Scrape, index, or aggregate done77's content, odds data, or game information for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorised use of done77's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable intellectual property legislation.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, done77's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

done77 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether or not done77 was advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings;
• Loss arising from interruption to service, downtime, or technical maintenance;
• Loss of data or corruption of account records due to events outside done77's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from a player's use of done77 in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player has failed to maintain adequate credential security;
• Losses caused by third-party payment provider delays, errors, or service interruptions.

done77's services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While done77 makes every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted service, we do not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or security breaches at all times.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

done77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct;
• Reasonable suspicion that an account is being operated by a person under the age of 21;
• A player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion under done77's Responsible Gaming policy;
• Compliance with a legal obligation or regulatory direction.

Upon account termination, done77 will conduct a final review of the account. Where no compliance issues or outstanding investigations are identified, any legitimate remaining PKR balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Balances associated with accounts terminated for prohibited conduct may be forfeited in their entirety.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting done77's support team. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. A voluntarily closed account cannot be reopened for a minimum period of 30 days.

11 Responsible Gaming

done77 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment only — it is not a reliable source of income, and no betting strategy guarantees consistent returns. done77 takes its duty of care to players seriously and has embedded responsible gaming tools directly into every account dashboard.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period;

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes and claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming compliance standards and the laws applicable to done77's operating jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of any dispute between you and done77, the following process applies:

1. Initial Complaint: Submit your complaint in writing to done77's support team, clearly describing the nature of the dispute and the resolution you are seeking. Include your account username and any relevant transaction references.
2. Review Period: done77's compliance team will review your complaint and provide a written response within 10 business days of receipt.
3. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with done77's response, you may request escalation to a senior compliance officer, who will issue a final response within a further 10 business days.
4. External Resolution: If the matter remains unresolved following the internal process, done77 will direct you to the applicable external dispute resolution body under the relevant compliance framework.

All disputes must be raised within 6 months of the event giving rise to the complaint. done77 will not consider complaints relating to events older than 6 months unless exceptional circumstances apply.
